Service & Maintenance
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Team Leadership
Serve as the lead technician on site, manage service calls efficiently, and make sure the work meets high professional standards.
Customer Service
Act as the primary point of contact for retail store management, communicating repairs, recommendations, and system status with total professionalism.
Documentation
Keep accurate digital service logs, parts tracking, and work orders on every job.

This is a senior position that requires verified years of experience. Here is what we need from you.
Must-haves Required
- Experience: Verified years of residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience.
- Certification: Universal EPA Certification is strictly required.
- License: Journeyman Refrigeration License.
- Driving: A valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Technical skills
Availability: Full-time availability, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency retail service requests.
